Alex has recently had a new addition to his family and is continuing with the home renovations in his spare time. 

Service charge experience: 17 years and ACCA qualified with 21 years experience in accountancy.

Angela has known David and Carol for almost 19 years and has worked for Phillip Carroll since 2014.

Most of Angela's holidays are spent working in her fancy dress shop.

Angela enjoys crochet and has others in the office hooked. 

Carol has been working within the property service charge audit field for over nine years. She qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1999, and since then has worked at some of the leading firms of Chartered Accountants in Manchester.

Chris is the newest member of the Phillip Carroll team and has just started his Level 2 and 3 AAT apprenticeship.

Outside of work, Chris is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC and enjoys taking his new dog Bertie out for walks

Claire has 25 years of service charge and client accounting experience in commercial property.

A former director of Savills UK and client of Phillip Carroll, Claire jumped ship in 2017 and joined us to strengthen the growing team.

Claire enjoys volunteering for a dog charity helping to re-home German Shepherds as well as spoiling her own dogs. Any free time is spent seeking out a good live rock band.

David has gained extensive commercial accounting experience working in both industry and practice. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and specialises in owner-managed businesses, IT services, taxation and auditing.

Ed has over 7 years experience working in the accounting sector specialising in service charge accounts. He is also studying towards his ACCA qualification and hopes to be finished in 2023.

In his spare time, Ed likes to keep active and is often out running or can be found watching football at Old Trafford or his local team Warrington Town.

Hannah has 5 years of service charge experience and is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.

She enjoys spending time with her family and playing roller hockey in the summer months with her friends.

Iva holds a degree in BSc Hons in Management specialising in Accounting and Business studies and a Master of Laws in European Law. She is currently studying for her ACCA qualification.
In her free time, Iva enjoys cycling in the countryside and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Matt has been working at Phillip Carroll for the past 4 years working in the Service Charge department.

In his spare time Matt likes to play 5-a-side and Golf, he also has a season ticket at Manchester United.

Matt has recently joined Phillip Carroll as the office manager, after having previously worked as an operations manager for a local water treatment company.

He is passionate about the local football team Altrincham FC and hopes to see them playing in the football league sooner rather than later.

Muhammad is an assistant accountant, currently undergoing his AAT Level 3 Apprenticeship while gaining work experience at the practice.

In his spare time, Muhammad enjoys reading and gaming. 

Nicola is a qualified AAT and has 19 years of accountancy experience, 14 of which were gained working in Service Charge for both Savills & Praxis.

When not at work Nicola enjoys spending time baking with her daughter Mia and walking her dogs, Milo & Pepper.

Nicole has experience in every role within the service charge department having been with Phillip Carroll since 2013.

In her free time, she enjoys working her way through her list of "must watch" K-Dramas and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel has 10 years’ experience within service charge and general practice.

Rachel studied at Lancaster University, where she achieved BSc (Hons) Mathematics and Statistics.

Since joining the team Rachel has gained her ACCA qualification, Xero certified advisor certificate and is first aid trained.

As a senior accountant, Rachel loves meeting existing and new clients and helping them to understand their accounts. Rachel also finds reconciling a VAT account very satisfying.

When Rachel is not working on accounts preparation or personal tax returns, you will often find her baking delicious brownies or reading her favourite collection of Harry Potter books.

Becky has over 15 years of service charge, client accounting and treasury services experience.

Out of work Becky enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts and is always planning her next vacation.

Sam has been working for Phillip Carroll for 3 years he has completed his AAT levels 2, and 3 and is now studying his level 4 hoping to complete it in 2023

In his own time, he likes going to the driving range and having a beer with his friends

Sam has completed his Level 2 and Level 3 AAT and is currently working towards the completion of his AAT Level 4, and has gained 5 years of experience working in Service Charge.

When not at work, you can find Sam in the gym or has a keen interest in cars and motorbikes and loves to get out walking his dog Coco.

Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Working in Client accounting and Service charge roles at managing agents in the City and central London, and more recently in East Anglia.

Away from work Sarah spends her time with her dogs, friends and family. She enjoys meeting up with fellow dog owners, seeking out new areas for long walks-preferably with the promise of tea and cake somewhere. Sarah also likes to bake at home, live music, holidays, French cheese and wine.

Wisaam has been working in Phillip Carroll’s service charge department for 2 years and is currently completing his AAT qualifications.
